Teach the Qur’an

Qur’anic literacy classes for children and adults — taught with an emphasis on accurate recitation (tajwīd), memorisation where the student wishes, and meaning. The classes are free and run on a weekly timetable separate from the school.

We teach the text with reverence for the Book and patience with the learner. We do not require ideological alignment from any student; we require attendance, attention, and the courtesy that the Qur’an itself requires.

Adult classes are particularly attended by mothers who, having missed structured Qur’anic education in childhood, wish to teach their own children at home. This is a quiet but consequential transmission, and we are honoured to support it.

A child who can read the Book can read the world the Book describes.
